Agrícola Navarro de Haro is heading to the next edition of Fruit Attraction with a major new development: the addition of Crü zucchini to its product range. The Almeria-based company will officially present this variety at its stand (9C01), where it expects to bring together clients, suppliers, growers and partners to showcase its latest innovations.
Crü zucchini is characterized by its speckled skin with streaks of an attractive deep green color, making it easily recognizable compared with other varieties. In addition, it offers the unique feature of being consumed raw, making it a differentiated alternative within the vegetable range produced and marketed by the company.

Objective: growth across all lines

For the 2026 campaign, the company maintains its goal of expanding all its production lines. According to forecasts, it will cultivate 260 hectares of cauliflower (43.7 million units), 275 hectares of iceberg lettuce (12 million units), 44 hectares of zucchini (4 million kilos), 4 hectares of Crü (250,000 kilos) and 650 hectares of watermelon (65 million kilos). These figures reflect the company’s determination to consolidate its market position through diversification and the continuous improvement of its production processes.

The 2025 campaign closed on a positive note, especially for winter crops such as zucchini, iceberg and cauliflower, which achieved acceptable prices and consistent quality. For watermelon, although the initial target of 70 million kilos was not reached due to a rapid drop in demand at the end of August, the final assessment is satisfactory. The company highlights the absence of pests and agronomic problems, which translated into higher yields per hectare and outstanding commercial quality.
