High flexibility
“The unit is designed for the precise and uniform distribution of beneficial insects such as Phytoseiulus persimilis, Amblyseius cucumeris, Orius laevigatus, and Franklinothrips,” said Sam Gui, Biobest’s High-Tech IPM Product Development Manager. “For applications requiring the Amblyseius swirskii system, the Entomatic™ Handheld can also distribute Nutrimite™, our supplemental food. Operators can adjust the fan speed and rotary dispenser to adapt to different growing conditions and application needs. In addition, the removable lid of the container doubles as a stand, providing greater convenience during refilling.”
“Designed for maximum flexibility, the Entomatic™ Handheld enables treatments up to three meters wide, making it ideal for potted ornamental crops,” added Gui. “By attaching the nozzle accessory, operators can carry out precise applications in linear row crops such as strawberries.
