The event was hosted by our director, Carmen Cabra, who highlighted that behind every company there are people — and it is they who make the difference. Sponsored by UNIQ, the presentation brought together many of the book’s protagonists, who shared some of the most memorable anecdotes from their encounters with the journalist. To conduct her interviews, she has climbed glaciers, flown over inland Catalonia, and toured the Axarquía region in an autogyro.
Since its inception, Profile of the month has been the most read and popular section of Fruit Today. The event also featured the renowned photographer Manuel Martín, the author of all the portraits and a key contributor to the section’s success.
