At the cooperative, every tomato tells a story of respect and sustainability. Behind every agronomic decision, innovation and field action lies a shared vision: to contribute to people’s well-being and the health of the planet. Their commitment extends to the people who work with them, the families who trust their products and an environment that needs engaged companies. Guided by cooperative values, they promote decent employment, equality and local development.

Leader in innovation and sustainability

A national leader in cherry tomato, mini-vegetable and specialty production, and a benchmark in Europe, La Palma participates in Fruit Attraction with a clear message: to bet on conscious, responsible and sensitive eating. There it will present its circular economy model, where everything adds up and nourishes.

New products and solutions for the future

At this edition, it will showcase its new solutions:

• Innovative fresh products with new tomato flavor varieties, focusing on their nutritional benefits, and a wide portfolio of mini-vegetables
• An excellent range of subtropicals: cherimoya, avocado, mango, pitahaya, passion fruit, finger lime and Taiyoo, its sophisticated Japanese melon
• Premium 5th Range: quality vegan alternatives under three innovative brands with a wide proposal—vegetable burgers, freeze-dried snacks, sauces, culinary aids, functional foods and ready-to-eat options made with their fresh produce
• Attractive sustainable packaging as part of its ambitious sustainability plan

Vision for the future

President Pedro Ruiz states: “The key lies in transforming difficulties into opportunities to accelerate the transition towards a more efficient and sustainable model, aligned with the needs of members and the market.”

With more than 50 years of history, La Palma continues to strengthen its commitment to innovation, efficiency and agronomic knowledge, optimizing water use, reducing waste and generating a positive impact socially, economically and environmentally. It also works on training new agricultural leaders.

Priorities and challenges 2026

For the coming years, its objectives include:

• Consolidating its 4th and 5th Range projects
• Continuing research on future genetic material
