The need to ensure full traceability, strengthen process control and optimise costs and timeframes—driven by an increasingly informed consumer and by the tight margins that characterise the agri-food sector—makes process automation a strategic solution to meet these demands.
These benefits were addressed during the webinar “Automation in the agri-food industry as a lever to boost quality”, organised by the company behind the BPA software platform AuraQuantic together with its technology partner Eutik.
During the session, speakers analysed the current situation of the sector, which represents 11% of national GDP, and which is increasingly shaped by demand for sustainable products, stricter regulations and tighter operating margins.
End-to-end traceability and information
Paula Cornejo, Head of Sales at Eutik, noted that the future of the agri-food industry is defined by the circular economy and sustainability—trends that are increasingly present both in regulations and in product design.
According to Cornejo, “process automation helps reduce execution times, provides greater transparency across all operational stages and helps companies better understand consumer demands.”
Operational efficiency and error reduction were also highlighted as additional benefits of implementing process automation in this sector.
Rocío Martín, Solution Advisor at AuraQuantic, presented the capabilities of this market-leading BPA software platform, which “drives the digital transformation of organisations through no-code process automation—an essential feature that allows companies to move forward in their digitalisation without relying on technical staff or external development teams. In addition, it is fully adaptable and customisable.”
AuraQuantic is the company behind the software platform of the same name, a benchmark in business process automation (BPA) that integrates No Code, Low Code and Artificial Intelligence technologies. The company delivers high–strategic-value technological solutions for the automation and orchestration of processes, integrating human teams, systems and technologies. It also enables the design of customised business applications without the need for programming.
