Demoiselle is a premium strawberry of French origin that stands out for its combination of earliness, elegance and flavour. Elongated in shape and with an attractive bright red colour, it offers an outstanding organoleptic profile: a sweet, highly aromatic flavour that evokes wild strawberries, with no acidity. Its plant structure and long trusses facilitate harvesting, while its agronomic robustness — with tolerance to powdery mildew, botrytis, anthracnose and several soil-borne diseases — makes it a variety highly valued by growers.

The SIVAL Innovation Competition aims to reward the most innovative equipment, products and services in the horticultural sector, placing particular emphasis on developments that deliver clear added value for both growers and the market.
The official award ceremony will take place on the 14th of January, during the next edition of SIVAL in Angers (France), where Planasa will once again be exhibiting.
