Under the slogan “Our green is your best bet. The strength of our varieties,” the company highlights these two pepper varieties without forgetting other products such as tomato, watermelon, melon, zucchini, onion and cucumber.

Intersemillas’ message at Fruit Attraction reflects its identity and raison d’être: the green of Intersemillas is not just a color, it is the origin of everything. It is the starting point from which its varieties are born, the hallmark that unites innovation, research and commitment to farmers, distributors and consumers. The green that defines them is also the gateway to a diverse palette of flavors, colors and textures that transform the market.

The product portfolio

Nabone stands out in particular, an Italian sweet type for both open field and greenhouse cultivation. It is a very vigorous, healthy-looking and extremely productive plant, with a very long fruit, between 23–24 cm, straight and without accordion shape, medium green in color and red when ripe, with an almost smooth skin.P-UDINE (2)

Nabone has become established in the Almería and Granada fields. A pepper with staggered production, which does not stop in winter due to the cold, providing straight fruits, and which for consumers has a dual purpose, both for raw consumption and cooking.

Other aspects of this pepper are its good fruit set in the upper areas of the plant, its resistance to microcracking and its low sensitivity to blossom-end rot.

Another Italian sweet variety the company will present at the fair is Udine, with medium skin and rugosity. Its fruit is very straight, about 20–21 cm long and 4 cm in diameter, weighing 130 g, showing a medium green color. The plant is strong and vigorous and performs very well in winter greenhouse crops as well as outdoors. It is notable for incorporating resistance to TSWV and for its very good behavior against powdery mildew.

Star tomatoes “The green that protects your crop”

At Intersemillas, tomatoes are the result of intense research and genetic improvement work. Their varieties stand out for their resistance to the rugose virus (IR), but above all for their quality and flavor.

Watermelon and melon “The green that awakens your flavor”

Freshness and sweetness are the essence of their watermelons and melons. Carefully selected to offer a unique experience, each variety is designed to win over consumers.

Zucchini, onion, pepper, broccoli and cucumber “The green that boosts your harvest”

Productivity is key to the profitability of each crop. Their varieties are designed to maximize yield and adapt to different soil and climate conditions.

“Each of our seeds is a bet on the future. We combine resistance, flavor and performance, offering farmers real solutions to market challenges. At Intersemillas, green becomes innovation that results in quality in every harvest,” concludes Paco González, the company’s commercial director.
