Grupo Agroponiente has inaugurated a new collection center in Roquetas de Mar, maintaining its strategic location in an area that was already a reference point for growers and now incorporating fully renovated infrastructure with greater capacity and improved operational efficiency.

This new facility, formerly owned by Agrupaejido, adds to the recent acquisition of Primores, previously part of the La Unión group. Together, these developments reinforce Agroponiente’s trajectory of expansion, which is driving the need for facilities offering enhanced technical and logistical performance.

“Our network of centers is not only growing in number, but also in its ability to stay closer than ever to the farmer, providing an agile, modern service tailored to their real needs,” said the group’s CEO, Imanol Almudí, during the inauguration ceremony.

A day of close engagement with growers

The event drew a significant number of local farmers, who had the opportunity to tour the new facility, learn firsthand about the objectives of the project, and exchange impressions with Agroponiente’s management team.

Following the institutional presentation, an informal lunch provided a relaxed setting for direct dialogue between growers and company representatives, fostering an atmosphere of collaboration and proximity. At the end of the event, attendees received a personalized gift as a token of appreciation for their continued trust.

Growth rooted in origin

This new collection center reflects the sustained growth that Grupo Agroponiente is experiencing and further strengthens its ability to deliver a robust and flexible logistics model aligned with its BCORP status—committed to creating positive impact for the environment, the farming community, and the long-term sustainability of its activity.
