Beetroot Dip and Broccoli Mole are the two new developments that the company based in Alicante is going to present, taking advantage of the setting of Fruit Attraction. Since 2006, when it started its journey with fresh grated tomato, Bonnysa has continuously surprised us with its innovation in fresh-cut and ready-cooked products, as it did with its Saborsada®, a vegetable version of sobrassada, the artichoke dip they presented last year or its guacamole range.
The beetroot dip is a spread, which is good for both dipping and for using in recipes. Its main attraction is its colour. Incredibly eye-catching and although you might not be a great fan of beetroot, it encourages you to give it a chance. It is very versatile for giving a touch of colour to hummus, preparing a savoury toast or just to accompany a fish dish as part of a garnish/sauce.
Broccoli mole is another twist to its already complete range of guacamoles (original, signature, spicy, with spirulina) where it brings together two super foods in a single product. Sources at the company affirm that it is a guacamole with broccoli. It tastes of guacamole, but it has a special touch, both visually and textually and, of course, in its flavour. Bonnysa’s intention with this product is to make vegetables more fun to eat, promoting the “Fast Good” movement, where they are serving consumers with healthy, but very tasty products, with nothing added.
At Bonnysa they know that consumer requirements have changed. Nowadays health is a priority and they are looking for healthy, preferably vegetable recipes, but without putting convenience to one side.
On its stand (3D01) at the trade fair, they will have show-cooking, as at other editions, to show visitors the different ways to use their products. Both this year’s new developments and products that are already well-known will be available for tasting.
