From 5 to 7 February 2025, Dulcis™, the innovative kiwi variety 100% Made in Italy, will be showcased at Fruit Logistica, the leading international trade fair for the fresh produce sector. Industry professionals will have the opportunity to taste this fruit and talk directly with product specialists to learn more about its characteristics, as well as commercial opportunities, at the Alegra stand (Hall 2.2, Stand A-10) and the Apofruit stand (Hall 2.2, Stand A-40). Organically grown Dulcis™ kiwi will be presented in the Canova area (Hall 2.2, Stand A-40).

Developed by bio-science enterprise New Plant, in collaboration with the University of Udine and the University of Bologna, Dulcis™ is a green-fleshed kiwi that combines the organoleptic qualities of yellow-fleshed varieties with the resilience and versatility of a cultivar suited to Mediterranean climates.
