The cooperative from Granada, Gallombares, celebrates three decades of history in the green asparagus sector, consolidating its position as a benchmark in both volume and quality. In the last campaign, it reached 7.8 million kilos marketed, with a turnover of 36 million euros. Its 2,300 hectares of crops, constantly expanding, and a workforce of more than 1,000 employees during the campaign months reflect the company’s weight in the market.
As every year, the company will participate in Fruit Attraction. As part of its activities, it will hold a showcooking session on Tuesday, September 30 at 1:00 p.m., where it will showcase the versatility of asparagus and green beans in numerous dishes that customers will be able to taste. In addition, it will present new formats: 750-gram packs of green asparagus and 500-gram nets of green beans, along with a redesign of its usual packaging weights.
