This milestone represents a fresh start for Saint-Charles professionals, aiming to foster renewed collaboration and collective progress within the zone.
The new building, part of the Syndicat du Lotissement de Saint-Charles International, offers ideal accessibility both from inside and outside the market, without the need to cross the toll gate. Its strategic location will improve contact with member companies, many of which are based outside the private enclosure.
The relocation aligns with the Syndicate’s long-term development plan launched over five years ago to modernise the area and encourage new business establishments. It also fits within the “Saint-Charles 2040” Development Project, which foresees the creation of a new economic association encompassing all business sectors in the zone — not just fruits, vegetables, transport, or logistics.
With this move, which also hosts the future headquarters of Perpignan Sud Éco, the aim is to provide companies with a shared meeting place to exchange ideas and raise concerns related to infrastructure, mobility, landscaping, safety, maintenance, and competitiveness.

The new association seeks to unite all economic players in the area to defend their interests, act as a liaison with public authorities, and promote sustainable development through Territorial Industrial Ecology.
According to Denis Ginard and Edouard Raymond: “With Perpignan Sud Éco, we want to share our experience in managing collective structures with all companies in the area. We know how to build joint initiatives that provide shared services benefiting both small and large businesses.”
The official establishment of the association is scheduled for 16 December, when its statutes will be signed, the founding assembly held, and the first board of directors appointed.
