The Pea-a-mole from Anecoop and Janus lands in Berlin

Anecoop will take advantage of its presence at Fruit Logistica to present the new addition to its line of ready-cooked specialities ‘¿Ysi? de Bouquet’ (‘Easy by Bouquet’ for the international market): the Pea-a-Mole.

It is a revolutionary vegetable spread that combines the goodness of peas and avocados. It contains 95% fresh ingredients and it is a pioneer in the protein-rich product category. With fewer calories and fats than traditional guacamole, this new development in the Easy by Bouquet line has been submitted to a consumer panel for valuation, through AINIA, with 92.1% of the participants expressing their intention to repeat the purchase.

Pea-a-mole is added to the line of ready-cooked specialities produced by Janus Fruit, a company from the Anecoop Group. This includes avocado hummus, traditional and spicy guacamole, ecological guacamole, brocomole (broccoli and avocados), chickpea hummus and Mexican salsa. All these will be present at Fruit Logistica on a prominent display stand.

In addition to this new development, Anecoop will also display its extensive seasonal fruit and vegetable offer, all 100% Spanish-grown on its stand, offering a complete view of all its products and new developments. Amongst these is a sample of its new line of red oranges, a production on the rise, for which it will have 2,000 tonnes this campaign.

With a powerful corporate image as its backdrop, designed to communicate the cooperative’s sustainable development strategy, representatives from all the sales offices and subsidiary companies that make up the Anecoop Group will come together over the three days of the fair, along with their main clients from the distribution sector to review the first quarter of the year and plan the following ones.

Bio produce will have a prominent space on the stand and the new developments from Bio Bouquet will be presented, as well as those from its subsidiary company, Solagora, located in Perpignan, specialised in the marketing of ecological fruit and vegetable crops.
