The trade fair will be complemented by an extensive conference programme featuring around 200 speakers from the worlds of business, science and practice, with simultaneous translation into German, English, Spanish, French and Italian.
Across six specialised forums, current issues ranging from sustainable production to smart technologies, as well as topics related to trade and logistics, will be addressed. These forums will serve simultaneously as knowledge platforms, spaces for debate and trend barometers.

How is international fruit trade evolving? Which consumption and trade trends will shape 2026? Answers will be provided at the Insights Stage in Hall 21, where industry analysts, market researchers and leading representatives of the sector will present current studies, exclusive market data and well-founded assessments. Topics will include shifts in consumer behaviour, increasing price pressure, supply chain resilience and geopolitical developments influencing global trade.
Farming Forward Stage: innovation transforming agriculture
At the Farming Forward Stage, located in Hall 3.1, visitors will discover how scientific, technological and entrepreneurial innovations are transforming agriculture. First, startups and companies will showcase digital solutions and smart agri-technologies, ranging from sensors to robotics. Subsequently, the CEA Alliance will examine controlled environment agriculture as an approach to achieving weather-independent and resource-efficient production. Finally, on Friday, the Frutic Science Symposium will bring together international researchers to discuss efficient production systems, digitalisation and sustainability.
Fresh Produce Forum: value creation from a holistic perspective
The Fresh Produce Forum, located in Hall 23, focuses on markets, people and new opportunities across the entire value chain. Experts in production, trade, marketing and research will discuss innovative distribution concepts, sustainable packaging solutions and the potential of international markets. Practice-oriented panels will offer concrete insights for producers, traders and service providers.

Podcast Studio: live voices from the sector
Following its successful debut in 2025, the Podcast Studio returns to Fruit Logistica. In Hall 11.2, professional visitors will be able to attend live conversations between hosts and experts discussing current topics, innovations and personal perspectives from the sector. A total of ten episodes will be recorded and released monthly throughout the year on all major streaming platforms.
