Induser continues to move forward in the development of machinery adapted to the requirements of all kinds of clients. For stone fruit, it has developed a new version of its packaging machine, even more delicate than its predecessor, if possible, with a new Nondrop produce distribution system from the weighing machine to the packager. It has also adapted the packaging machine to use cardboard, as demanded by the market. A solution in which Induser has wide-reaching experience in cherry tomatoes. “We are also integrating end of line machinery to the packaging process, such as netting machines, flow-packs and heat sealing, to ensure that clients think of us as a supplier with solutions from start to finish,” Pedro Martínez, CBO explains.

Large companies from Extremadura such as TanyNature and Caver have placed their trust in our services. “Recently, we have installed complete lines and automation of ends of line.” La Ciezana (Murcia) also has their machinery, as well as Albice in Aragon-Huesca with a medium production line, along with a high production line and Excelsior, with a high production line. In Queralt (Lerida), they have installed a new generation line with Nondrop system and ends of line automation.

Outside Spanish borders, Induser is present on over 15 markets. “In Europe, we are present in Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Hungary and in the Balkan countries. In Asia, we can be found in China and Israel. In America, we are in Mexico, Peru, Chile and Canada. In Africa, we work in Morocco. And this year we are starting new collaborations in South Africa. In Oceania, we are working in New Zealand; in Australia we were already present in Sidney and a year ago we started a collaboration in Melbourne.”

Parallel to this, the company is working on 100% recyclable cardboard and paper solutions that are now a market trend. “We have a solution that can be used automatically for most plastic containers as well as for paper and cardboard ones.”

Although inflation is affecting the entire sector (in their case, with new material supply challenges), machinery sales remain stable. “These purchases mean an important investment, but our clients are aware that a packaging line is beneficial to ease the negative effects of this situation.”
