Once again, Koppert will welcome customers, growers, technicians and industry professionals at Hall 9, Stand 9E24, in a space that this year expands from 80 to 100 m² with the aim of improving visitor capacity and providing a more comfortable meeting area for clients and guests.
The 2026 edition will be particularly international for Koppert, with the presence of numerous company representatives from Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and South America. They will hold an intensive programme of meetings and professional encounters to gain first-hand insight into the needs of different markets and advance strategies that help consolidate biological control as an essential tool for more sustainable and efficient agriculture.
Initial results
One of the main focuses of Koppert’s participation at Fruit Attraction will be the presentation of initial results obtained with its biological control protocols against thrips and spider mites.
In this context, Koppert will hold a meeting with the media on 7 October, where it will detail the development and performance of Amblydromalus limonicus since the start of the early pepper season in Almería. Participants will include Juan Carlos Rodríguez, Commercial Director for Almería; Julián Giner, Technical Director for Almería; and Valter Ceppi, Business Development Manager at Koppert.
The company will focus on the experience gained during the early stages of the season and on the ability of biological control protocols to adapt to real crop conditions. The aim is to share not only the results, but also the work carried out in the field.
Limonicus: versatility to cope with variable conditions
One of the aspects Koppert will highlight during the media meeting is the biological versatility of A. limonicus, which is especially relevant in a context where climatic conditions are posing new challenges for pest management. Changes in temperatures and the extreme weather events recorded in recent months have forced the sector to adapt strategies and protocols in order to maintain the effectiveness of biological control.

For Koppert, the start of the season has been marked precisely by constant contact between its technical team and growers, with the aim of continuously monitoring crop development and readjusting protocols according to climatic conditions and the responses observed in the field.
Its ability to perform across a broad temperature range, combined with its feeding versatility, makes this predatory mite a particularly valuable tool for tackling increasingly variable growing conditions.
Koppert Attraction
In addition, Koppert will hold a new edition of Koppert Attraction on 6 October, an event that will bring together industry professionals around the theme of resilient agriculture. Under the slogan “A journey around the world of resilient agriculture”, the event will combine gastronomy, photography and testimonials from growers in different countries through Koppert Resilience Food Stories, an initiative that highlights the stories of those working to produce food in harmony with nature.
