The Premium range speciality in pear cherry tomatoes, Lobello, is the result of several years’ of research until an exceptional sweetness was reached, along with the colour and uniformity that are as attractive as its careful presentation.
Lobello provides a perfect combination between a traditional flavour and today’s consumers’ preferences and, thanks to this differentiation, it has enjoyed an important acceptance amongst consumers since it appeared on the market. Its appearance, texture, presentation, sweetness and flavour make it into an exceptional tomato.
Never-ending innovation. Continuing with its strong commitment to innovation, a year ago the company from Almeria brought out a preserve, a mouse and a gazpacho soup onto the market using this Lobello tomato, which have all been highly successful.
Behind each new development that the Caparrós Group presents are many hours of research and innovation, both in the development of the product itself and in everything that surrounds it (presentation, packaging…).
In addition to this, throughout the entire process the practices of traditional, healthy cooking are combined with the latest techniques.
