Primaflor, following the trend and the increasingly widespread demand amongst Spanish consumers for products that are easy to eat anywhere, forming a complete healthy meal, has extended their “on the go” product range.

The company has a wide variety of ready-to-eat dishes, ideal for those who demand healthy food without having to spend hours in the kitchen. You just have to open the packet to enjoy all the nutritional properties provided by the Mediterranean diet in a clean and convenient way.

Hawaiian Poké, a dish originally from Hawaii, which mixes vegetables, rice and fish, constitutes a different, healthy and sustainable option to eat anywhere and at anytime. It uses fresh, tasty ingredients, it is a source of fibre, proteins and omega 3 fatty acids, it does not contain any preservatives or colourings and it is low in saturated fats, sugars and salt.

For sportsmen and women, Primaflor proposes Chicken Wraps and Cooked Ham and Pasta Wraps, both for energy before training and for recovery after exercising. They are made up of delicious wheat wraps accompanied by a vegetable base, tomato, chicken or cooked ham, Edam and Cheddar cheeses and a tasty yogurt sauce.

Fruit, biscuits or mini fuet sausages are the three snacking varieties that Primaflor has launched onto the market. The `Pilla&Pica’ are a healthy option for snacking between meals and they are designed to be eaten at teatime, at work or during free time.
