One of the highlights will be the PGF series weighing and packing machine, developed to achieve high throughput for blueberries. The equipment incorporates three new features that bring greater intelligence to the weighing process. Smart Feed adapts the active hoppers to actual product availability, while Flow Sync monitors the product flow and automatically adjusts tray vibration.
These are joined by Smart Weight, which uses machine learning to analyse deviations, learn from product behaviour and optimise the in-flight weight effect. With these improvements, INDUSER aims to increase accuracy, reduce giveaway and minimise manual adjustments. The latest evolution of the PGF also incorporates a new lidding module, designed to provide greater flexibility when switching between packaging formats.
For delicate products, the company will present the PL1415, integrated with a flap system that enables the product to be moved while minimising friction and accumulation. This solution is designed for products such as stone fruit, avocados and pears, where the process needs to combine precision with gentle handling.

INDUSER’s offering in Madrid will also include a film bagging solution integrated with its circular multihead weigher, expanding the range of alternatives available to meet each customer’s specific requirements.
Another new development will be a line featuring a cardboard tray former, which uses a paper sheet made from biodegradable materials. The solution responds to demand for new formats and enables existing installations and equipment to evolve without losing the value of previous investments.
