More ‘eco’ with Induser

Induser

The company is offering two new solutions focused on the new sustainable, plastic-free packaging trend.

Aware of the new regulations regarding the use of environmentally-friendly containers, Induser has designed a buffer of cardboard tubs that can be used to feed the dispenser in the packaging process. With this development, the company from Almeria is planning ahead to offer solutions for all the professionals from the sector who, little by little, are adapting their practices to the reduction of plastic trays and tubs.

Regarding this development, Pedro Martínez Lázaro, sales manager and co-founder of the company states: “We are optimistic about designing with an environmentally-friendly focus. Sooner rather than later all the professionals in the fruit and vegetable growing sector will take on, and increase this feeling of responsibility in terms of making a positive impact on our environment. The steps that countries such as France have started to implement to prevent the continued marketing of products in plastic containers are a reality that is warning us that these changes will also reach Spain. We will be ready to offer these types of alternatives to those who are committed to change, proposing this option to our clients from now onwards.”

The buffer of cardboard tubs works as an accessory that automates their distribution. It is easily integrated into the complete packaging line, guaranteeing that the expected production capacity is reached. It is multi-format and has the capacity for 1,200 tubs, with autonomy of 20-30 minutes.

In addition to this solution, in November of this year, at Fruit Attraction Live Connect, Induser presented its cardboard box-making machine. Another of the alternatives aimed at reducing plastic, which uses a pressure system on the container to seal a cardboard tray with a label.

Induser has recently been recognised as ‘SME of the year 2020’ in Almeria, an award that strengthens its commitment to continue growing in the export field and to continue investing in sustainable impact developments and innovations.
