The British Growers Association has welcomed Live Farmer as the latest organisation to join its Partnership Scheme, strengthening the network of businesses supporting the UK horticultural sector.
Live Farmer provides a digital platform developed specifically for agriculture. The cloud-based system enables growers to collect and analyse farm data, calculate costs and plan future activity, while simplifying the management of labour, machinery and other key resources.
Through the new partnership, both organisations will work together to share expertise and provide British growers with practical information and tools over the coming year.
Digital support for farm decision-making
The Live Farmer platform brings together data relating to people, land, crops, stock, machinery, costs, yields, traceability, production, training, sales and forecasting.
Its purpose is to help agricultural businesses manage these areas from a single system and use the information generated to improve efficiency, compliance and operational planning.
The collaboration will include seasonal advice, webinars, digital resources and practical content focused on farm data, reporting and the use of artificial intelligence. These activities will aim to help growers make more informed decisions throughout the production calendar.

Lisa Stannard, head of Partnerships and Administration at the British Growers Association, said the Partnership Scheme is intended to create collaborations capable of delivering direct value to members.
