Grupo Agroponiente has closed the 2025/2026 season with a turnover of €515 million across the Group’s current operations, compared with €386 million in the previous financial year. This growth of more than 33% marks a new milestone in the company’s history.

The international dimension has been a key factor in this progress. Agroponiente’s subsidiaries in the UK and the Netherlands have generated combined turnover of more than €100 million, consolidating the Group’s direct presence in two strategic markets and strengthening its logistics and commercial capabilities to bring Spanish produce closer to major European operators and consumers.

The result is underpinned by three pillars: the transparency of its business model, management focused on profitability, and the trust of thousands of growers and customers.

The Group’s CEO, Imanol Almudí, highlighted that “reaching €515 million in turnover, with growth of more than 33%, is the result of an approach to business based on close relationships, trust and doing things well. It is a historic milestone for Agroponiente and demonstrates that a company headquartered in Almería can grow solidly, sustainably and with purpose in Europe’s leading markets, always working hand in hand with our growers and customers.”

The 2025/2026 season has also been the first in which Agroponiente has begun implementing practical artificial intelligence technologies to improve business management and efficiency. In the short term, this technology will also be made available to growers seeking to expand and improve the profitability of their crops with the same guarantees.

Agroponiente shares this growth with its European customers, offering them quality produce, reliable supply capacity and a close, responsive service throughout the year. Its structure at origin and direct presence in the UK and the Netherlands enable the Group to support retailers from field to shelf and continue growing alongside them season after season.
