As of 1 July, Michiel Eilander has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Manter International B.V., a member of the Manter Group.
Over the past eight years, Eilander has played an important role within the organisation. As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), he has made a significant contribution to the company’s growth and strategic development. His extensive knowledge of the market, customers and internal organisation provides a strong foundation for his new role.
The founders of Manter, Herman Wehkamp and Peter Lenferink, have decided to step down from the day-to-day management of Manter International B.V.. As owners, they will remain closely involved in an advisory capacity, ensuring that their knowledge, experience and vision continue to support the organisation and its partners.
Continuity for the next phase
“Over the past thirty years, Herman and Peter have built and guided Manter with vision, dedication and entrepreneurial spirit, laying the foundation for the company’s growth and international success,” said Michiel Eilander.
Herman Wehkamp expressed full confidence in the new CEO: “Peter and I have every confidence in Michiel as the new CEO. He knows the company inside and out, maintains strong relationships with our customers and partners, and has the vision needed to further develop Manter International B.V. together with the management team. With Michiel at the helm, we look to the future of Manter with confidence.”
Peter Lenferink added: “It is important to safeguard the continuity of Manter International B.V. for the future. With Michiel and the management team, a strong foundation has been established to support this.”

Eilander thanked the founders for their confidence and highlighted the legacy on which the company will continue to build.
