Sustainability: a principle put into practice every day
For VIP, sustainability is not an abstract concept but a daily practice that spans the entire supply chain. All the energy used in the packing centres comes from renewable sources, with more than 102,000 m² of photovoltaic installations and electricity production capable of ensuring a reliable, continuous supply. Water used in processing is treated and returned to the environment clean, while every apple, large or small, is fully utilised, minimising waste.

VIP also prioritises sustainable packaging, favouring biodegradable and renewable materials such as FSC®-certified cardboard and eco-friendly PVC-free alternatives, without compromising food safety.
