Sapec Agro Business turns into Rovensa

16 October, 2019

The new group was launched at the end of September. Rovensa joins the market with an elegant image, under the slogan ‘Balanced Farming’.

The new brand identity is inspired by the companies that make up the group. Each of them contributes in a differentiated way to encourage their synergies. Therefore, the logo brings together elements from each of them.

Rovensa promotes Balanced Farming and will continue to serve its clients through its three business units: crop protection, crop nutrition and bio-control.

Rovensa Group

Rovensa is an international group that sells products to over 70 countries and has offices in more than 25 countries. It has factories, research centres and laboratories in Brazil, France, Spain, Portugal and Ireland.

Rovensa belongs to Bridgepoint, a private equity company with its head offices in the United Kingdom. The Group has been strongly promoted, as can been seen by its 44.3% growth in invoicing over the past two years (237 M € in 2017 and 342 M € in 2019 and it expects to reach 500 M € in 2022), along with a sustained growth of the EBITDA.

The Group works using a clear market strategy and it has highly qualified specialists that accompany its clients.

All the companies that make up Rovensa share synergies and offer a complementary catalogue of products, based on a single target: Balanced Farming. This concept combines the key aspects of each of the companies to ensure a farming activity that provides products that are safe, healthy, top quality and environmentally-friendly, but that are also profitable for the different links in the commercial food chain.

Ascenza, Tradecorp, Idai Nature, OGT, SDP and Microquimica are the companies that currently make up Rovensa.
