This refers to the communications made on the 31st of October to convene an avocado conference. For the abovementioned reasons, it has rectified all the layout and editing mistakes that could be seen in these communications.
Likewise, it deeply regrets having used this Organization’s logotype without its consent and it wishes to publicly apologise to the entity in question, as well as to all the clients who could have been confused by this event. And Bayex Overseas also wishes to extend these apologies to all the Spanish members of the WAO, as well as to its management body.
Bayex Overseas, S.L. acknowledges that the brand and the slogan “Aguacate, la fruta de la Vida/Avocado, the fruit of Life,” is a brand name that is registered by the World Avocado Organization and that under no circumstances did it intend to use the WAO’s image to cover these seminars.
