This evolution points to an even more focused approach to application technologies, with particular attention to digitalisation linked to spraying application technologies, which are increasingly crucial for the efficiency, sustainability and competitiveness of modern apple orchards.
A consolidated international profile
Interpoma confirms its role as a global reference platform for the apple world. Data from recent editions highlight the event’s strong international profile: 400 exhibitors from more than 20 countries (with a 9% increase in international exhibitors between 2022 and 2024), more than 16,000 visitors from 61 countries (a 3% rise in international visitors over the same period), and 700 participants at the Interpoma Congress.
To further strengthen the international character of the event, several international groups of producers and buyers have already expressed their intention to attend the fair.

Application technologies as the common thread
The theme of spraying application technologies will be the common thread running through the 2026 edition, featuring across all event formats: from the Congress to the Interpoma Award, as well as the exhibition area at the FieraMesse H1 Eventspace, which will revisit the concept of the “apple orchard of the future”, successfully introduced at the previous edition, from a new perspective.
The aim is to provide a concrete reading of innovation, showing how new approaches to application technologies can improve orchard management, reduce environmental impact and increase the precision of interventions.
Interpoma Congress and Interpoma Award: integrated content
Once again in 2026, the Interpoma Congress will be one of the central events of the fair. Structured over two days, Thursday and Friday, it will feature international experts addressing the most topical issues facing the sector.
The first day (Thursday, 26 November), entitled “New Approaches in Spraying Technology. Efficiency meets sustainability”, will focus on new application technologies, reviewing the various solutions currently available.

On the second day (Friday, 27 November), the spotlight will turn to Latin America, a region that has never before been explored so extensively in previous Congress editions, with speakers from Brazil, Chile and Mexico.
The Interpoma Award, the prestigious international prize aimed at exhibiting companies, will be dedicated specifically to spraying technologies. An expert jury, chaired by Prof. Massimo Tagliavini, will evaluate the solutions presented and announce the winner on the second day of the fair. The Visitors’ Choice Award has also been confirmed, allowing visitors to express their preference for the technologies showcased in H1.
Interpoma Tours in Trentino–South Tyrol confirmed
The Interpoma Tours have also been confirmed for 2026, offering a unique opportunity to see the application of the innovations presented at the fair directly in the field, thereby connecting theory with practice.
Ipoma Magazine: digital first and international vision
Ipoma, Interpoma’s magazine, will once again be coordinated by expert and consultant Gerhard Dichgans and will continue to evolve in this fourth edition with a “digital first” approach. This strategy is designed to expand content distribution and provide ongoing analysis of trends and future developments in the apple sector, while also showcasing some of its key players.
The event will take place from 25 to 27 November 2026 in Bolzano, during the 14th edition of Interpoma.
