The long-awaited debut of yellow flat Pavia-type fruit
The standout launch of the season is undoubtedly Royal Flat Gold®: a yellow-fleshed flat fruit of the Pavia type. In a market accustomed to traditional white flesh, Royal introduces this exclusive new variety, distinguished by its exceptional texture and flavour intensity reminiscent of traditional peaches, but in a flat, convenient format perceived by consumers as a genuine novelty.
This launch is the result of years of in-house varietal research aimed at creating a fruit capable of surprising consumers both visually and organoleptically. It was also a challenge in terms of handling and transport performance, without compromising the sensory qualities it delivers.
Its appeal goes beyond flavour alone: the flesh is juicy and firm while also melting in the mouth. It eliminates the fibrous texture found in other varieties and achieves a perfect balance between deep sweetness and the aromatic nuances of traditional peaches. Undoubtedly, a new benchmark for premium flat fruit.

Its high concentration of natural antioxidants also aligns with the growing trend for fruit with high nutritional value.
