Live demonstration: Basket centrifuge MC-44/Vario
Visitors to Stand N517 can see the Basket centrifuge MC-44/Vario in action. This compact and powerful machine gently removes excess surface water from washed salads and vegetables. Effective drying supports longer shelf life and consistent product quality. The MC-44/Vario is part of Sormac’s portfolio of more than 100 machines designed for industrial fresh-cut processing.
Scalable line solutions
Sormac will also highlight its vegetable processing line featuring the Belt Slicer BSM-150. This market-leading belt slicer enables a wide range of cutting applications, including straight cuts, cross cuts, julienne, and crinkle cuts for various fresh produce products.
