Innovation and knowledge take centre stage
Alongside its extensive exhibition offering, Fruit Attraction once again places innovation and knowledge among the key pillars of its value proposition.
In this context, The Innovation Hub showcases 45 products and business innovations from the sector. The area also hosts the Innovation Hub Awards, which recognise outstanding initiatives in the categories of Fresh Produce, F&V Industry, and Sustainability and Commitment Initiatives.
The professional programme is complemented by a wide range of conferences, presentations and technical sessions. These include Biotech Attraction, held as part of the Fruit Forum by Timac Agro, as well as the Biofruit Congress and various activities organised by exhibitors within the Fruit Next forums.
Gastronomy also takes centre stage
The gastronomic side of the sector is once again represented through Factoría Chef, which highlights the culinary versatility of fruit and vegetables through a programme of live cooking demonstrations.
