The initiative builds on a strong and established partnership between Sormac and Primary  Engineering, who have been collaborating closely to support customers in Thailand and beyond.  The facility includes a fully equipped showroom and test area with a climate-controlled  environment, allowing customers from across the region to perform a variety of trials using their  own local products. Fully trained personnel are on hand to support customers, both during  showroom visits and testing.

Hands-on experience and customer support are a primary focus of the new technology center. This will facilitate faster collaboration, allow for practical evaluation of the technology and provide the  technical assistance needed to meet the specific demands of the Asia-Pacific market.

“With this initiative, we combine global expertise with a strong regional presence,” said Patrick  Frencken, Sales Manager at Sormac. “This allows us to support customers from the early stages of  a project through to daily operation, while remaining closely connected to their local needs and  market conditions.”

Further strengthening its presence in the region, Sormac will participate in ProPak Asia 2026,  taking place from 10–13 June at the IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Bangkok.  Recognised as Asia’s leading international trade exhibition for processing and packaging  technology, the event brings together manufacturers, innovators and decision-makers from across  the food, beverage and pharmaceutical sectors. At this year’s event, Sormac will exhibit in  collaboration with Primary Engineering, the company’s authorized dealer for Thailand— showcasing a range of advanced vegetable processing solutions. All of the below highlighted  machines are available for viewing and testing in Sormac’s new showroom, with a selection of  these also featured at the upcoming ProPak exhibition.
