An investment group led by Everwood Capital has acquired the entire equity capital of Partida Logistics (Partida Aduanas S.L.), a company with offices in Algeciras, specialising in customs procedures and logistics coordination between Europe and countries outside the EU.
Everwood Capital will help with the growth and transformation of a family-run company, a leader in its business segment, to turn it into a great national and international logistics operator.
PARTIDA is a Customs Agency/Customs Representative, with 100 years of experience, operating 365 days a year, in morning, afternoon and night shifts. It has the capacity to dispatch goods, transported in lorries and containers, at all the customs points in Spain, thanks to its OEA certificate, in addition to the Compliance certificate, being the first company in Spain to obtain this authorisation.
At present, it is formed by a team of 130 people, and in 2022 it had an invoicing of around 12 million euros, with a growth of 10%.

Partida Logistics carries out customs procedures in the main Spanish ports, such as Algeciras, Motril, Almeria, Huelva, Cadiz, Valencia, Vigo, Barcelona, Irun, Madrid, Seville and Vitoria.
It has departments for: imports, exports, transit, containers, Brexit, hazardous goods, etc. And it has collaborators in Morocco, Portugal, the Netherlands, Germany, France, the United Kingdom and Ireland.
In recent years, the company has joined the wave of digitalisation, investing resources in IT to use new tools and functionalities aimed at becoming more efficient in the daily management and customer services.
Everwood Capital is a fund manager created in 2015 that manages several investment vehicles with an important specialisation in renewable energies and in strategic SMEs with high added value. In this operation, Everwood leads a group of investors amongst which there are professionals with wide experience in the logistics sector.
