After several years of absence, the windmill from the Valencian company is returning to Fruit Attraction.
The company’s windmill is one of the most recognisable symbols at any trade fair event. This figure from La Mancha represents a tradition that covers four decades of garlic growing in the Requena family.
Allium Prodiber is one of the few Spanish companies that maintains production in three different communities (Andalusia, Castilla-La Mancha and Castilla y León), which enables it to have a full supply of produce.
The company is distinguished for its own know-how, where tradition comes together with technology: the produce is harvested mechanically and it is not left in the fields, but transferred to a warehouse where it is dried and cut.
The company’s average marketing volume per campaign is around 6 million kilos and ranks it as one of the leading companies in the sector. By varieties, white garlic makes up 10% of its total and the remaining amount is divided up in equal parts between the Spring variety and purple garlic. Its brand names are Osvi and Jr.
