Sormac will participate in Fruit Attraction 2026, where the company will showcase its latest solutions for cutting, slicing and drying fresh produce.
Visitors to stand 10A22 in Pavilion 10 will be able to see live demonstrations and explore solutions ranging from flexible stand-alone machines to fully automated processing lines.
As demand continues to grow for efficient, flexible and high-quality fresh produce processing, Sormac is focusing on helping processors adapt their operations to changing products, production volumes and market requirements.
Live cutting demonstrations
One of the highlights of Sormac’s presence will be the Slice and Wedge Cutter FS-3600, a versatile machine designed for processors requiring multiple cutting formats.
The equipment can produce slices, half slices, wedges, cored wedges, sticks and blocks, with a capacity of up to 4,000 pieces per hour.
Its integrated recipe management system allows operators to quickly switch between products and cutting specifications, while the quick-change knife system supports flexible daily production. Different conveyor and belt configurations enable the machine to be adapted to specific applications.
Sormac will also demonstrate the Belt Slicer BSM-150, developed for precise and consistent cutting of a wide range of vegetables.
The machine offers multiple cutting options, including straight, cross, julienne, grated and crinkle cuts, thanks to its 150 mm-wide belt. With up to 100 programmable recipes, automatic top-belt pressure adjustment and intuitive touchscreen operation, the BSM-150 is designed to combine cutting accuracy with ease of use and fast product changes.
Technology for quality and efficiency
Alongside its cutting solutions, Sormac will present the Basket Centrifuge MC-44/Vario, a machine designed to remove excess water after washing and help maintain the quality of fresh-cut products.
The system allows processors to precisely control spinning speed and drying time according to each product requirement. It can handle batches of up to 15 kg and achieve capacities of up to 1,000 kg per hour.

The machine enables the programming of up to 100 recipes, while its slow start and stop function ensures gentle product handling. It also incorporates Sormac’s patented Basket Lock® system and the Magnetic Lid Lock system, supported by a five-year warranty.

Beyond the equipment displayed at the stand, Sormac specialists will be available at Fruit Attraction to discuss a wide range of processing challenges.
