At this edition, Balcón de Níjar, a company that specialises in ecological cherry tomato production, is emphasising its latest incorporations: aubergines and California peppers (both bio). These products are added to others that have been incorporated to the company’s catalogue in previous campaigns: peas, watermelons, vine and pear tomatoes, and they represent a further step in the company’s commitment to diversification. Visitors will be able to discover them on their stand, in Hall 18, B-05.
Quality, flavour and service are the distinguishing marks of the company from Nijar. These values and their good work in the ecological sector have positioned them as one of the benchmark companies for the European markets, where their quality and service are widely known.
During the last campaign their invoicing reached around 6 million euros, with a volume of around 3,100 tonnes including all their references and the company increased its crop surface area by almost 15%, and it now reaches 50 hectares.
