Frutas Montosa will present this and other developments on their stand at Fruit Attraction, 9C01

Fruit Attraction has become one of the reference trade fairs in the sector and Frutas Montosa returns every year, aware of the importance and positive repercussions that it has for their business. At this edition, on their stand (9C01), they will present the new brand image for the retail market of processed produce, Native, as well as the packaging that they have been developing throughout this year for its customers, adapting it to the new market requirements.

The company from Malaga, which has received the “Superior Taste Award” of two stars granted by the prestigious International Institute of Flavour and Quality (iTQi) for its guacamole, continues to expand its processed line. In addition to this, it is not losing sight of its fresh produce line and if 2016 was a great year for them, in 2017 they intend to go even further, increasing sales turnover by 10%, with the invoicing approaching 120 million euros.

Amongst the company’s latest projects is the incorporation of a multi-waste laboratory and another R&D+i laboratory for Development of New Products for the company, two actions with which they intend to adapt to the European market requirements, which are becoming more and more restrictive regarding MRLs. The multi-waste laboratory is fitted with the latest technological equipment, allowing greater control over the fruit and the capacity to analyse a larger number of samples, obtaining maximum guarantees in the control of the compounds that can be both harmful to the environment and to the health of consumers.
