Start up of the new project by Uvas Doce

15 October, 2018

The company from Alicante, eager to look after consumers, has created the “Our Essentials” project

Uvas Doce has catalogued the 2018 campaign as year Zero in a great project for the future since, for the first time in its history, it is going to market more seedless grapes than seeded ones. This means a new phase, since it is something they have been working on for some time now. They estimate that in a decade’s time they will only produce seedless grapes. Achieving this has helped the quality of its variety programmes, since it works with many of the best programmes in the sector.

In order for Uvas Doce to be able to grow and continue along its route, one of its principles is the idea of looking after its human resources. To do this, the company has added several key positions to its staff to improve working and production conditions. Marketing is another of its priorities. Always involved in new projects that bring grapes closer to their customers in the freshest and most entertaining way. Every year, for example, they give great relevance to the redesigning of the packaging, to the creation of new products and to seeking out innovative strategies. This year they will surprise us with some new merchandising, with its “Our Essentials” project.

At Fruit Attraction, the company will present new projects and new developments.

One of its strong points will be the extension of its master project “Our Essentials”, with new surprises. This concept arises from the need to explain to customers and consumers the difference between each of the new seedless varieties that they market.

This initiative has been presented by creating some personalised cartoon figures that represent each of its most famous varieties. It is worth mentioning that they all have their own entertaining personalities and a common characteristic: they are all seedless.

The essentials started out as four varieties in 2017, but today, there are already 14 of them and they are certain to continue growing in number. Each of them has a name that in some way explains one of their most important characteristics.

Sweet, Traditional, Stylish, Languid, Celebrity, Traveller, Weird, Exquisite and the babies of the group, the Candies: Strawberry, Dew, Heartbreaker, Dreamer and Little Bite.
