‘5 al día’ is celebrating its 20-year anniversary

27 January, 2020

5 al Dia

The Association is taking stock of its constant evolution in all areas: economic results, human team, values and extension of service lines.

To celebrate these 20 years, within the framework of the 22nd General Assembly of Members, it will hold a commemorative event on the 3rd of March that will be full of surprises. At the end of the Assembly, there will be a dinner where the “5 al día” prizes will be awarded.

On the following day, the 12th “5 al día” Professional Conference will bring together companies from the entire chain of the fruit and vegetable growing sector to reveal first-hand the challenges and opportunities for companies in terms of consumers of the future.

“5 al día” Spain will also host the 15th Edition of the AIAM5 International Congress for the Promotion of Fruit and Vegetable Consumption with the slogan “5 a day, the key to global health.” The role of the fruit and vegetable growing sector in the development of healthy, fair and sustainable food systems will be analysed by a panel of experts at this event; scientific evidence about the consumption of fruit and vegetables will be updated and the prevention of non-communicable diseases and successful public policies in the promotion of fruit and vegetable consumption will be shared.
